**About the Role**

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for suitably qualified and experienced **Electrical Superintendent** to join us on multiple renewable energy construction projects on a **2/1 Roster**. As an Electrical Superintendent with Monford you will provide hands on leadership and supervision to our field crews and ensuring works are completed in a safe and efficient manner. In addition, some of your key responsibilities will include;
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and attract relevant construction workforce to suit project requirements.
- Lead relevant work teams within the project scope and demonstrate and lead appropriate workplace behaviours and conduct.
- Lead safety, quality, and environment culture onsite in line with the Monford safety culture.
- Ensure all personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to adopt exemplary safety behaviours and lead key risk management activities on assigned projects.
- Guide and mentor, the workforce on environmental impact and implement effective controls to mitigate risk and be more risk-averse to avoid becoming complaisant.
- Effectively manage subcontractor and supplier relationships on the project and demonstrate a strong relationship with clients and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead Supervisors to communicate effectively with the client and Engineers.
- Read, interpret, and provide input into the construction program. Forecast and plan for expected resource requirements well in advance of required need to ensure program achievement.

**About You**

To be successful in the role, you will have the following experience and skills;
- You will hold the required electrical qualifications and have significant previous experience in a similar role on a large construction project, within the resources sector or similar.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams and driving successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in working to and meeting deadlines and project deliverables.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders.
- High level attention to detail with strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- The ability to work in fast paced environment and be able to prioritise, multitask and think on your feet.
