Assistant Coffee Store Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated reliable full-time assistant managers to join us in running a very busy general store and leading the great team currently employ. The right person will have experience in the delivery of amazing customer service, food and coffee. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and assisting the team that staff the shop that make the food coffee and sell an extensive range of merchandise and apparel. Our apparel brand has really grown and someone with experience in this field will be happily considered
The job requires enthusiastic, experienced mature professional managers with an approved managers licence. They must be good at communicating, staying focused and organised.
Duties include
- Opening and Closing
- Leading and organising the shift
- Making Coffee ( We provide extensive training ) it's a very big part of our business
- Making food also a big (and Fun ) part of our business
- Serving Customers
- Ensuring and managing compliance with company and other policy
- Experience with Instagram very beneficial
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
