Wagners has an exciting opportunity for a Concrete Production Trainee looking for a long-term career in the construction materials industry. Based at the Toowoomba concrete batch plant, your responsibilities will include booking and allocating concrete deliveries, assisting with the batching of concrete orders, allocating trucks for customer deliveries, and maintaining the plant yard.

**What’s in it for you?**
- A nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Driving Operations) upon completion of your 12-month traineeship
- A structured training program including both on-the-job training together with formal learning through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
- You will be well supported and mentored by Wagners qualified supervisors and managers
- Permanent employment post traineeship
- Exposure to Wagners concrete batch plants across Queensland

**What do you need to apply?**
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Reliable with a can-do attitude
- Exposure to the construction industry or similar is preferable but not essential
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
