Our client, a large commercial organisation within the education sector, are currently seeking 2 x Change Managers for initial 12+month contracts.

**1 x Change Manager required for the Progressive Reporting Project**

The Progressive Reporting Project will implement a comprehensive reporting process across the organisation. This process will focus on the elements of effective practice within a cycle of learning, teaching, assessing, and reporting; and will articulate the role of a technical solution in enabling aspects of the reporting element of this process.

**1 x Change Manager required for the Student Protection and Student Systems Project**

This project also aims to review process workflows and bring together student data and information contained in all systems, to ensure the full student support profile is available to the relevant personnel at the most appropriate time.

**Roles and responsibilities include**:

- Develop and implement structured change management programs to facilitate and support change across the portfolio of projects and promote commitment to adapt to the change.
- Develop change plans in collaboration with the team to support implementation of new / enhanced technology solutions including leading the development and implementation of key supporting materials, including guides, training and general system/process support.

**Roles and responsibilities include**:

- Develop and implement structured change management programs to facilitate and support change across the portfolio of projects and promote commitment to adapt to the change.
- Develop change plans in collaboration with the team to support implementation of new / enhanced technology solutions including leading the development and implementation of key supporting materials, including guides, training and general system/process support.
- Conduct impact analyses to identify key stakeholders impacted by any related changes, assess the magnitude of change and the change readiness of the project stakeholders, and identify potential points of challenge or aversion to change.
- Develop counter strategies to mitigate or minimise potential change challenges / issues by nurturing and guiding others to embrace change and to lead change. Educate and support relevant stakeholders across to understand the value of OCM and adopt change through workshops, communication plans and risk management, etc.
- Develop, implement, and maintain change management framework, Change Management practice, toolkit (plans, templates, approaches), and interventions in collaboration with the team to support the delivery of the roadmap.
- Conduct environmental scans to identify potential challenges for stakeholders including staff impacted by change, such as skills gaps, doubts, and uncertainties, to foster a positive acceptance of change.
- Provide change leadership coaching and mentoring to senior leaders, stakeholder managers and project managers to increase their effectiveness in driving sustainable change.

**Skills and experience required;**
- Demonstrated experience in leading organisational transformational change as part of the project team.
- Demonstrated experience in change projects, with multiple initiatives related to technology solutions and cultural realignments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience establishing, developing and nurturing relationships with relevant stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Certification in Change Management such as: CCMP; CMS, Prosci etc. (highly desirable)

To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Change Manager who has developed and implemented change and communications plans on large Business/IT projects. You will also be familiar with utilising a number of different change techniques to ensure the change is successful. A certificate in PROSCI would be a
