**In the role of Technical Delivery Lead, you will join the GenAI Program that’s doubling down on customer obsession.**

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Own the GenAI BU use case delivery roadmaps and be the driving force behind release planning and rolling out software releases (epics and features) for pilots and scaled rollouts for use cases into production, including managing cross-Domain dependencies
- Drive progressive elaboration of business outcomes to epics and features: the right amount of planning and design to enable focused delivery
- Facilitate the regular scrums / scrum of scrums for all squads in the developing stage of features for a single business outcome / use case to remove blockers
- Support for financial management and tracking for the GenAI use case and ensure alignment with the GenAI PMO and Program Leads
- Drive capacity, sprint planning and the delivery plan for GenAI use case delivery, for the Technology squad resources.
- Previously worked in Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Science environment
- Support the team and coach Software Releases (epics and features) along with support the implementation of new and better ways of working using Agile frameworks and methods
- Facilitate execution across diverse set of Agile development teams to ensure strategy and execution alignment
- Manage dependencies across squads and remove roadblocks to drive outcomes with product owners and business stakeholders.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Previous experience working in the similar Release Train Engineer or Agile Delivery Lead role
- Extensive experience with Agile software development life cycles and process
- Demonstrated track-record of bringing continuous improvement to bear
- Knowledge and understanding of GenAI is preferred
- Inquisitive, test & learn mindset with exceptional stakeholder and vendor management expertise
- In-depth project management experience, relating to major IT and or Business projects
- Experience across Agile and adaptive delivery models and mindsets
- Proven track record of strong experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, analytics and business process-based solutions
- Large scale shaping and delivery experience within complex environments
- Understanding of Technology Architecture and integration principles and experience working in a DevOps environment
