**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Manager, Policy and Improvement, the Policy Officer supports policy and initiatives relating to the Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVISS) and the Victorian Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework (MARAM).

The role is responsible for data analysis and governance, delivering high-quality reporting solutions, and maintaining secure, scalable data repositories that enable evidence-based policy development and decision making.

The role operates within a complex and dynamic environment that requires capacity to exercise sound judgement, and the ability to proactively develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Collect, evaluate and analyse data on implementation progress and reform outcomes, and develop and maintain data products, including dashboards, to provide business-as-usual analytics.
- Develop meaningful insights and reporting to support oversight of implementation progress and contribute to continuous improvement in data collection and monitoring.
- Support policy and project development, consultation, advice and delivery of the Policy and Improvement team's program of work
