About the Role
We are seeking a confident and motivated Manager to lead operations across our education and event divisions. This position requires strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills. You will coordinate educational programs, oversee event planning, and work closely with the CEO and department heads to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for Dream English's education and event management arms.
- Develop and implement operational frameworks and quality standards.
- Supervise and guide staff, scheduling, and performance outcomes.
- Liaise with examination partners (Pearson, LanguageCert, MET, Cambridge) and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate training schedules, student support, and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with education and workplace regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing management reports.
- Lead new initiatives including grant-funded projects, cultural collaborations, and training partnerships.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management, Education, or related field (Master's preferred but not essential).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage diverse projects, meet timelines, and motivate teams.
- Strong digital literacy – Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and CRM systems.
- Multilingual ability (South Asian languages) will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,756.11 – $60,000.00 per year
