**The Vacancy**

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, your duties will include contract perusal, dealing with clients, typing first letters and transfer documents, on line searches, following up on conditions, booking PEXA settlements, dealing with clients, settlement statements, and general file management duties. You will work with 1 other Paralegal and use Leap precedents. This position is either 3,4 or 5 days a week.

You will have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing Paralegal experience.

**The Law Firm / Salary**

Well established law firm based at Cleveland. Free parking on site. Salary is negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $65,000 - $80,000 + Super). It is pro rata'd if part time.
