**Your day to day**
- Actively cleans all kitchen dishes, utensils and equipment
- Accepts and checks deliveries and manages storing of goods
- Maintains storage areas to be clean, neat and free from any health and safety hazards
- Prepare, clean and store kitchen equipment
- Clean kitchen area including workstations and storage areas
- Handle and dispose of kitchen waste
- Responsible for maintaining a hygienic kitchen at all times
- Responsible for helping the chefs with cutting, chopping and preparing food in a clean and hygienic
- atmosphere.
- Helping the chefs for cooking and basic food preparation.

**What we need from you**
- Strong - sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects. This can involve bending and kneeling
- Literate - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths
- Flexible - early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and public holiday shifts are all part of the job
- Compliant - as well as meeting local laws on food hygiene
- Competency - have the ability to work independantly carrying out tasks with mínimal supervision and work collaboratively within the food & beverage team
- Articulate - a great communicator, you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
- Working rights - valid legal right to work in Australia
