We are seeking a reliable and friendly Laundromat Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist in providing a high-quality wash, dry, and fold service to customers, manage pick-up and drop-off laundry orders, keep the facility clean, and provide customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Wash, Dry, and Fold Services:

- Handle customer laundry with care, following specific customer instructions for washing, drying, and folding.
- Sort and separate laundry items based on type.
- Ensure all laundry is neatly folded and ready for customer pick-up or delivery.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service:

- Coordinate pick-up and drop-off laundry services with customers.
- Ensure accurate tracking and labeling of all laundry items for efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service details, special requests, and delivery times.

Customer Assistance:

- Greet customers and help troubleshoot minor issues.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

- Keep the laundromat clean and organized, including wiping down machines, tables, and folding areas.
- Empty trash receptacles, sweep, and mop floors as needed.
- Perform routine checks on machines to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any issues to management.

**Requirements**:

- Have own car and can drive to pick up and drop off orders
- Ability to lift and carry laundry bags and baskets up to 10KGs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work 2 half days a week on a casual basis.
