- **岗位职责**

✧ 主导每日烘焙生产流程，确保产品品质、效率与食品安全标准

✧ 设计并优化菜单（包括素食/无麸质选项），适应墨尔本多元市场需求

✧ 管理后厨团队（5-10人），负责培训、排班与绩效提升

✧ 控制成本预算，优化库存与供应链管理

✧ 维护厨房设备，制定标准化操作流程（SOP）

✧ 代表品牌参与市集、媒体合作等社区活动
- **理想人选**

✔必须：
- 5年以上专业烘焙经验，精通欧式面包/法式甜点/酸种发酵等核心技术
- 2年以上厨房管理经验，擅长团队激励与冲突解决
- 对食材有极致追求，熟悉墨尔本本地供应链
