Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in a sales role, making business pitches, and influencing executive stakeholders
- 1 year of experience managing a team
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading Sales or Marketing teams, with a focus on mentoring to develop team members and drive business success
- Ability to motivate C-level engagement with effective questioning and objection management
- Ability to influence and provide thought leadership and expertise
- Ability to successfully manage team operations (e.g., portfolio management, team building, objectives measurement, execution)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and people management skills with the ability to take initiative, follow-through, and demonstrate resourcefulness and attention to detail
- Passion for providing consultative solutions with an interest to innovate
**About the job**:
Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
In this role, you will not only manage but also mentor a team in the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) organization, own relationships, and lead business engagements with customers in the market. Your knowledge of the business landscape and online media will help shape how customers grow.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage, inspire, and motivate a customer-facing team.
- Build a team structure, recognize talents, and support business and career development through enhancing capabilities.
- Engage with customers and provide the best solution for the customer’s business growth.
- Deliver against business growth goals and strategically plan/execute business growth strategy for short and mid-term. Assess the needs of the market/customers, gather user feedback, and design and iterate workflows and operational plans.
- Drive business performance to meet growth expectations.
