The ICT Procurement Specialist will be responsible to manage and lead the Technology Procurement sourcing function for a health sector client based in Brisbane. The processes will involve contract variations, extensions, Request for Quotes, Invitation to Offer activities etc.

**Required skills**
- Proven experience in delivering a high volume of procurement and contract administration activities within a complex enterprise environment
- Ability to plan, prioritise and implement local procurement opportunities that align with the overall strategic plan of the Project and organisation.
- Robust understanding of ICT sourcing and demonstrated experience in implementing ICT contracts and supplier management strategies and techniques
- Ability to successfully manage large scale tender evaluation processes involving multiple parties.
- In depth knowledge of the QITC Framework and ability to use the Framework to ensure optimal procurement outcomes
- Proven ability to identify and analyse issues and develop quality options and strategies to resolve complex procurement issues
- Experience in customer/supplier relationship management, excellent written and oral communication,
- Experience in guiding internal stakeholders through procurement processes as well as ensuring successful supplier relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in legislative requirements for Government procurement activities including financial implications.
