Essential:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers or managing a multi-product portfolio.
- Proven ability to set product vision, shape strategy, and guide delivery across complex domains.
- Experience building web-based SaaS or data-rich platforms, ideally in multi-user or multi-segment environments.
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder alignment, cross-functional leadership, and customer-centric discovery.
- Strong communication and commercial acumen—able to translate market insight into roadmap clarity and business value.
Preferred:
- Experience in the property, financial services, or commercial real estate sectors.
- Exposure to content automation, reporting, or data storytelling features.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance product discovery, prototyping, customer experience, or internal workflows.
- A reflexive, hands-on approach to using generative AI (e.g. for roadmap shaping, prompt design, content generation, or user insight synthesis) to increase product velocity and personal effectiveness.
- Background in platform unification or modernisation initiatives.
