**THE ROLE...**
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading, and providing support, direction and inspiration to the Team Members in your store. at the same time, you will be in charge of training on customer service excellence; communicating the company strategies and objectives, as well as guidance and coaching around personal development, merchandising and store operating standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting and implementing sales initiatives
- Ensure Sales and Margin targets are met and exceeded
- Complying with all Work, Health and Safety Policies, Procedures and activities, and actively promoting and leading a safe work place
- Manage stock levels, Inventory movement & loss prevention
- Manage Team performance, development and engagement
- Training, mentoring and coaching Team Members on providing exceptional product knowledge and ongoing sales development

To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager

- Superior communication skills at all levels with the ability to engage others.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
