We’re on the hunt for an experienced Supply Manager to supervise the day-to-day operations of our store in the South Australian Produce Market. You’ll be joining an innovative Company sourcing and selling fresh produce to the hospitality industry in South Australia.

As the Supply & Distribution Manager, you will be managing day-to-day operations of our store in Pooraka, South Australia. You will be assisting the Company’s Operations Manager in leading the operational success of business the while ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. You lead by example, and enjoy a fast-paced working environment with plenty of opportunities to problem solve. You are an experienced leader with prior roles involving selling fresh produce, warehouse management and have a proven record of leading teams in continuous improvement and operational excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Provide direction and leadership to ensure all activities are carried out following established procedures and safe work practices
- Establish policies, procedures, and processes that enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for all areas of the store’s operation
- Ensure Safety standards are met at all times
- Facilitating inbound and outbound stock movement with both internal and external teams to meet our key focus on facilitating accurate and on time customer deliveries that meet delivery KPIs
- Work with freight companies to solve issues and delivery & stock-accuracy issues
- Supervise regular stock counts and maintain 100% stock accuracy
- Maintain best practices in storage area utilisation, adhering to best practices and recommending improvements
- Help facilitate the forward planning of labour requirements in order to meet KPIs and coordinate, manage and continuously review the performance of all resources to ensure service and productivity standards/ targets are met.
- Ensure our facilities are compliant with OHS requirements and overseeing high standards of equipment / machinery maintenance.

**Your Profile**
- 3+ years of experience working in logistics / supply chain with a minimum of 2 years leading a high-performing team preferred but not essential
- Experience in a store/warehouse leadership position
- Demonstrated operational capacity
- Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities for efficiencies and delivering tangible business improvements
- Strong leadership alongside excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comfortable diving into the details and doing the doing, leading by example
- Passionate about building and leading high-performance teams
- Excited to work in a small, agile team with ambitious growth targets
- Adaptable multitasker as required from time to time for operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in an Asian language highly desirable.
- Awareness of and sensitivity to cross
- cultural differences preferred.
