Currently seeking an Ancillary Technician to join our Pressure washing, graffiti removal and painting team. This is an autonomous role working across several of our Melbourne CBD locations.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be required to provide consistent and high-quality cleaning services to GJK Facility Services client contracts.

You will perform tasks using a range of materials and equipment, to clean a range of surfaces in order to restore or maintain buildings in a clean and hygienic condition.

**Requirements**:
Pressure washing and graffiti removal - experience preferred but not essential
Painting experience
Experience operating a scrubbing machine
Must have the confidence to be able to tow a trailer
Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions
A strong work ethic, reliable & have the ability to work in an unsupervised environment
Current Police Check
Strong safety, quality & environmental focus
Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
Professional presentation and customer service
