**Company Description**

Working on site you will be delivering educational programs and initiatives to enhance employee knowledge, skills and performance to both new employees and new starters.

This is a permanent part time position based at Villa Maria, Fortitude Valley with travel required to Coolamon Villa, Mullumbimby. We are looking for some one 1 day per week, or 1 week per month.

The key focus areas are_**
- Co Ordinating and delivering the induction and onboarding program to newly hired employees
- Delivering and/or facilitating education and training to all Residential Aged care (RAC) employees within the home to meet role expectations and ensure compliance across all Aged Care Quality Standards
- Conducting education and training needs analysis and develop a learning plan to address identified gaps

**Qualifications**

What you need to be considered for the role_**
- Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment or something similar - essential
- Experience in delivering education & training programs using adult learning principles
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
- Solid understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality standards
- Previous experience working in a Residential Aged Care setting
- Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process
- IT savvy, full Microsoft Suite and able to pick up new systems with ease
- Able to work independently and part of a multi disciplinary team
- COVID vaccinated
- NDIS check or willing to obtain
