Asset Assessment Technician

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Asset Assessment Technician to join our Field Service team, based in our office in Notting Hill, Victoria.
Reporting to the Field Service Team Leader, you will complete accurate and efficient assessment reporting and quality assurance checking of loan and demo assets in the workshop within committed timeframes.
In addition, you will forward asset equipment to the National Service Centre (NSC) for further assessment and repair if required and communicate with the NSC if customer expectations differ to assessment findings. You will be highly capable at following instructions and work-flows with a keen interest in developing long-term beneficial relationships with the Field Service team, NSC, end-users, Departmental Managers and Heads of Department.

**What we are looking for**:
To be considered, your history and experience will demonstrate electrical/ electronic knowledge with a mechanical technical aptitude.
You will have a high level of written and verbal communication with strong planning and organisational skills. Possessing a team-player attitude is fundamental to the role as is sound problem solving skills.
