We’re on the lookout for a super organised, solutions-focused person to join our signage helpdesk team

**About Us**:Sprint Solutions is a real estate signage printing company that works closely with real estate agents to bring their branding to life. We’re fast-paced, and love what we do.

**What You’ll Do**:You’ll be part of the team between our real estate clients, production team, and our installation team, making sure everything runs smoothly from booking to install. We’re a close team that loves to find solutions for our clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Talking to clients and logging their signage requests
- Scheduling installs, removals, and updates
- Working with our installers to get jobs done on time
- Keeping digital job records neat and up to date

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Great communicator - confident chatting with clients and team members
- Organised multitasker - juggling multiple jobs? No stress
- Quick thinker - solving problems on the fly is your thing
- Comfortable with tech - any experience with job tracking tools or CRMs is a bonus
- Fast-paced and flexible - real estate moves quickly and so do we
- Team player with initiative - you know when to jump in and when to run solo

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
