Job description:
We're **strictly seeking a native English speaker** with a bubbly personality, strong initiative, and experience in **community engagement, personal care, household support, and activity facilitation**. You must be **charismatic, proactive, reliable, punctual**, and confident in leading group sessions, bringing positive energy to every interaction.. Compassionate, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team.

**✨ About the Role**:

- Provide meaningful, person-centred support in the community
- Lead and manage small group sessions and social activities
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal prep, light cleaning, organising, errands, and maintaining a safe and tidy environment
- Support with appointments, transport, and outings
- Build genuine, respectful relationships with participants
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team

**Requirements**:

- Native English speaker (essential)
- Charismatic, bubbly, **proactive, reliable, and punctual**:

- Confident leading group-based activities or sessions
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- **Full Australian Driver’s Licence** and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (preferred)
- Legal right to work in Australia

Qualifications:

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Certificate III in Individual Support).
- Legal right to work in Australia.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Native English speaker.
- Police National Check and NDIS Worker Screening compliance preferred
