**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Learning and Development professional to imbed the L&D program across Council. Operationally key focus areas of the role are:

- coordinate the compliance training program
- review and update the training needs analysis and L&D intranet pages,
- produce e-learning packages, and
- promote the benefits and capacity of Councils online learning hub.

- a base salary ranging from $88,141 per annum with competency-based increments up to $101,440 per annum, plus 10.5% super
- 35 hour week, 9 day fortnight

**We are seeking**:

- the ability to quickly establish strong and effective relationships with all layers of the organisation
- strong L&D knowledge and experience to lead, develop and implement organisational strategies across a diverse workforce, build capacity, strengthen culture and deliver on organisational strategic objectives
- relevant tertiary qualifications suitable to the role, coupled with demonstrated and relevant experience
- demonstrated experience in developing and implementing online programs
- demonstrated knowledge and experience in engaging with senior leaders to implement career development and skills gap learning programs.
