Our Lawn and Garden Maintenance team plays a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces and supporting our broader mission.

The Role:
We’re seeking a reliable and hard-working team member to assist with general lawn and garden maintenance. This role also includes working alongside our hoarder and squalor support teams as an offsider when needed.

Duties include:

- Lawn mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, and weeding
- General garden clean-ups and green waste removal
- Basic landscaping and outdoor property maintenance
- Travel to client sites across the Central Coast and Newcastle
- Assisting with home clear-outs, hoarder support, and squalor cleaning (as required)
- Working respectfully and non-judgmentally in challenging environments

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in lawn and garden maintenance (preferred)
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- A genuine and respectful approach when supporting vulnerable clients
- Willingness to work across a variety of job sites and duties
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential)
- Police check (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility with start times and tasks day-to-day

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
