INCA HOME SERVICES is a small growing company providing a range of home care services to help the elderly, young people, people with disabilities and people suffering with mental health to continue to live independently in their own homes. Whilst receiving the support necessary for them to do so. Our services expand throughout Sydney, Central Coast and New Castle area.

**About the role**

We are currently recruiting experienced and Qualified in complex behaviours and Mental Health staff to join our team for an immediate start. Location: Fairfield, Sydney.

The client has requested for Mandarin speaking staff.

Duties involve:

- Assistance with household tasks which includes light house work
- Meal preparation
- Transporting clients to community access and appointments when needed
- Working with children and adults on 1:1 and team dynamics
- Participation in the shift roster 7x24 as required.

**Essential qualifications of the role**
- Certificate 3 or Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Youth Work or other relevant field
- Hold a current NSW WWCC, First Aid Certificate with CPR and National Police check with a minimum of 6 months validity.
- Current Drivers licence with own transport and Compulsory insurance
- NDIS work screening check
- Covid 19 vaccine certificate with first two dose, at minimum, completed.
- Demonstrated understanding of working with vulnerable people to live their best life
- Experience in working with people with disabilities, mental health and complex behaviours
- Completion of the NDIS Module
- Completion of Infection control module
- Flexibility to work on weekdays.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $34.61 - $41.53 per hour
