UP Education is looking for an _Administrator _to join our growing team. You’ll organize and oversee all administrative and clerical functions to ensure our operations run as efficiently as possible_

**The role**:
Join us for 6 months as a casual Administrator.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to the necessary individuals based on database information, handle incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties and providing accurate information.
- Organize, maintain, and update essential project related data, ensuring data integrity and security
- Accurately input data into various systems and databases while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Work with payroll and HR to assist with project related activities
- Generating relevant employment related documentation for individuals in a timely and efficient manner
- Archiving and management of physical files and documents

**About you**:

- Previous experience in an administrative HR or payroll or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent & communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to communicate effectively and clearly across the business
- Strong understanding and proficiency with Excel
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Basic understanding of payroll & HR administrative processes and related software is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results consistently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
