We’re calling for a **Part-time** **Assistant Manager** to be part of our new, refreshed vision within our **Chermside Concept Store,** where you will play a pivotal role assisting to lead the team on the exciting journey ahead. **ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Assist driving a customer-centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction
- Support with the execution of visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sale opportunities are leveraged
- Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators in a high-performance culture.
- Work with store leadership to drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration
- **Part Time role, 30 hours a week**

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Excitement for the new product offering, you’ll be selling, it so you need to like it
- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in fast-paced retail environment.
- An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
- An eye for detail, with a talent for Visual Merchandising and expressing your creativity.
- Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
