In this exciting role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service.

**About you**
- Minimum 3 years of strong experience in customer-facing roles involving sales.
- Prior experiance in Optical dispensing will be an added advantage but not required
- Experience supervising other workers and delivering on-site training to junior members of a team.
- Ability to demonstrate the skill of building meaningful and long-term relationships with customers.
- Collaborative and consultative teamwork and leadership style.

- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring customer interactions exceed their expectations at all times.
- Build customer relationship and establish community.
- Address customer issues and queries in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Recommend the most suitable glasses, styles, colours, lenses to customers.
- Understand and communicate our product uses and benefits, warranty and refund policies.
