Reporting to the Assistant Manager and Cluster Operations Manager, you will be responsible for covering as Duty Manager to ensure a seamless Guest experience and smooth, safe daily operation of the attraction, as well as undertaking various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of SEA LIFE.

Your role is versatile and requires you to oversee the operation of all SEA LIFE zones including the Penguin Expedition ride, whilst maintaining positive KPI and Mystery visits with a score of 90%+, and displaying a solution focused approach to guest queries that result in a memorable experience.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.
- Work with the Operations team to ensure the attraction is operating safely and to a high presentation standard.
- Following all health, safety and security practices, particularly pertaining to the penguin ride experience.
- Meet daily ride targets to support KPIs.
- Manage guest crowding and queries.
- Respond to Guest feedback in an effective and helpful manner.
- Act as Chief Warden.

About You:
To shine in this role, you will ideally have strong people skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential.
