We are seeking an experienced **Front of House** person who will be the first point of contact for all our customers at our brand new store at Bondi Junction

Responsible for superior levels of customer service whilst handling a high volume of customers you will ensure each person visiting the store feels welcome and valued.

**Please note that the shifts for this role will be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday each week, with the potential to assist on other days if needed.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and engage customers, creating an exceptional first impression.
- Understand client needs and present curated travel experiences.
- Manage enquiries, bookings, and store appointments.
- Maintain the store environment in line with brand standards.
- Support sales through hospitality, admin, and follow up.
- Handle transactions and resolve queries with professionalism.

**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or travel.
- Passion for travel and delivering premium customer service.
- Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Team oriented with a positive, can do attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods.
