**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as 1st Year Civil Construction Apprentices. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gain practical skills, and work towards a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Civil Construction (RII30920)**. You’ll work on exciting projects across Sydney, including major infrastructure developments, under the guidance of experienced professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with general civil construction tasks, including site preparation, excavation, and concrete work.
- Operate and maintain tools, plant, and equipment safely (e.g., front-end loaders, excavators).
- Support the construction and maintenance of roads, bridges, drainage systems, and landscaping features.
- Learn to read plans, set out sites, and implement safe work practices.
- Perform manual tasks such as digging trenches, compacting materials, and assembling temporary fencing.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport (essential).
- White Card (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).
- Physically fit and able to handle manual labor tasks.
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or full working rights.
- No prior experience required, but a passion for working outdoors and an interest in construction is a plus.
- Willingness to complete TAFE-based training as part of the apprenticeship (3 years part-time study).
