We’re searching for an **experienced Practice Manager** to lead our dedicated team through an exciting period of growth at our **Oxley General practice and the co-located Medicare Urgent Care Clinic (UCC)**. We want to hear from you if you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and take charge of this new chapter.

**What we’re looking for**:
We’re seeking a proactive, highly organised leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of a comprehensive multidisciplinary medical centre, ensuring our team of GPs, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, and Medical Receptionists have the resources and support to succeed.

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- 3-5 years of practice management experience.
- Strong leadership skills to empower and inspire your team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Expertise in Best Practice software, Medicare, WorkCover, and DVA.
- Rostering and financial experience
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on teamwork and community.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
