Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service

Styling customers

Driving KPI’s

Recruiting and training

Visual merchandising

Managing store administration

Loss prevention

**Ideally, you have**:
Excellent customer service skills

Effective leadership and training abilities

Initiative and effective communication

Knowledge of working with KPI’s

Retail management experience

A ‘can do’ approach

Adaptability
