We currently have an opportunity for a Scheduler to join our insignia Customer Technical Support department, suited to a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with proven scheduling experience.

About the role:
As an integral part of our Customer Technical Support team, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate Field Support Technicians' scheduling nationally for breakdown support and preventative maintenance agreements.

Your day-to-day activities will involve

*customer contact via inbound calls,

*proactive follow-up communication about insignia’s broad range of labelling and coding equipment.
- Prioritise service requests based on contract type, customer priority, and urgency of the issue, ensuring all interactions with customers are timely, professional, and supportive of their requirements.

*Tracking Technician status and next availability, ensuring identified parts required for each task are available, and preventative maintenance reporting.

About you:
Our ideal team member has experience in a service or maintenance planning/scheduling role, using CRM / ERP, while possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.

Your strength in building effective relationships with customers and team members alike, together with your ability to work under pressure, embrace change, prioritise, and be highly organised will see you well-placed for success in this role. You are a motivated self-starter interested in working in a technical environment that promises daily challenges and variety.
