Are you seeking an opportunity to make an impact in the lives of young people? Lady Northcote Discovery Camp are seeking a passionate Kitchen Assistant to join their team

**About the Camp**

The YMCA Lady Northcote is a Recreation Camp located in Rowsley, just outside of Bacchus Marsh, 67 km west of Melbourne. The surrounding environment is rural. Lady Northcote accommodates a range of groups from 10 up to 250 people and operates all year. The Camp is owned by the State Government of Victoria and managed by YMCA Victoria, under a 21 year lease that concludes in the year 2041. The camp’s outdoor program takes place on the camp site, and the surrounding Brisbane Ranges using a variety of outdoor and adventure based activities.

**About the Role**

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will work within the catering team to ensure all campers receive delicious meals during their stay. You will be responsible for:

- Preparing and providing food for campers, including the coordination of special diets
- Assembling and preparing ingredients as required
- Upholding the values of the Y at all times

This is a casual position with an hourly rate of $30.13 + Super.
