**About the role**

The Food Service Assistant role entails the preparation and plating of food items in a hygienic and efficient manner, with a focus on both core business and commercial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Timely Task Completion**: Execute tasks in an organised and timely manner.
- ** Food Presentation**: Ensure food preparation is presented with pride and attention to detail.
- ** Temperature Recording**: Maintain accurate records of food temperatures to ensure safety standards.
- ** Ongoing Training**: Participate actively in continuous training activities.
- ** Positive Team Influence**: Positively influence fellow team members.
- ** Customer Communication**: Maintain effective communication with both in-house and commercial customers.

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in previous Food Services role or willing to learn
- Food Handling Certificate (HLTFS207C - Follow Basic Food Safety Practices). - Mandatory
