We are currently looking for an individual to join our exciting store working as a Full Time Shop Assistant as our Florist
**Key responsibilities will include;**
- Provide excellent customer service and assist our customers with all our fantastic products
- Surprise and delight the customers with a variety of arrangements
- Ensure fresh and appealing displays by ensuring your area is fully stocked and clean with creative displays
- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
- Putting the WOW in everything you do
- Use your team building experience to maintain a happy and safe working environment
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment
- Going the extra mile for our Customers
**Skills Required**:
- Will have previous customer service experience,
- Enjoy working in a customer service environment
- Like being around others and creating an enjoyable place to work
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be passionate about Flowers
- Have a creative flare and love creating amazing displays and stunning arrangements for our customers
- Is flexible in availability, it's a busy store across 7 days
