**The role**

The focus of the Product Manager role is to help drive existing customer growth across the Citi line of credit products, Citi personal loans and Coles personal loans. You will also support the Senior Product Manager in delivering business goals in a timely and effective manner while meeting controls standards

**Day to day will include**:
In this role, you will be accountable for the overall implementation and execution of portfolio activities to the existing customer. This includes achieving customer outcomes and sales targets for ongoing campaigns (e.g. balance transfers, usage campaigns), supporting with retention frameworks and activities to minimise attrition and identifying solutions for product changes (e.g. pricing and fee changes, channel launches, communication strategy). In addition, you will:

- Be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, from campaign and pricing set up, customer selection, channel, communication to fulfillment
- Be responsible for leading the development and design of existing customer communications including marketing campaigns, website updates and terms and conditions changes
- Ensure proper documentation of all policies and procedures, including controls and governance of campaign and project approvals, execution and fulfillment
- Assist with reporting and MIS of existing customer portfolio and campaigns

**What you’ll bring**:
You can demonstrate the following:

- Tertiary qualified in a relevant field
- Solid experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in product management or portfolio management. Experience in personal loans is an added advantage
- Outstanding ability to effectively engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive end to end portfolio campaigns
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work deliverables
- High attention to detail
