**Stone Real Estate - Upper North Shore **is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated administration guru to join our award winning team as a
**Receptionist**.

You will be the director of first impressions, supporting the business by ensuring the front of house reception area matches our highly respected reputation for our clients in all aspects.

Previous experience in an administrative role is highly advantageous, however we strongly encourage anyone with the appropriate skills and experience within a similar environment to apply

**Your duties will include**:

- Providing sales support;
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients;
- Assisting with generating business opportunities;
- Upholding professional standards;
- Organising and creating marketing material;
- Working within a database;
- Completing data entry;
- Booking buyer appointments;
- Liaising with vendors;
- Customer call backs;
- Scheduling;
- Assisting with market appraisals;
- Assisting with open homes;
- Report preparation;
- Market research; and
- General administration tasks.

**To succeed in this role you'll have...**
- An exceptional customer service ethos;

- A focused, driven and motivated personality;
- A real estate certificate of registration or license (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- Previous real estate experience (highly desired but not essential);
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must;

- Ability to work effectively under pressure;
- High level problem solving skills;
- High level personal presentation;
- Strong communication skills;
- Professional phone manner;
- Data entry experience;
- Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
- Strong computer skill set;

- Possess exceptional follow up;
- Punctual; and
- Forward thinking.
