**The City of Melville has an exciting opportunity for passionate Swim Instructors.** We are seeking talented individuals to provide professional, safe and friendly swim school classes and customer service at LeisureFit Booragoon.

In this role, individuals will be required to prepare and deliver Swim School lesson plans, as well as assist swimmers to develop and progress through our Learn to Swim program. As a Swim School Instructor, you’ll be working across all ages from children, to teens, to adults.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Sound interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated experience in instructing swim classes.
- Demonstrated experience in developing swimming lesson plans.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification.
