We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our fulfillment team, focused on ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.

**Role Development Path**:
Initial Phase - Core Operations
- Full-time warehouse operations training
- Comprehensive coffee handling and storage training
- Building expertise in quality control

Growth Phase
- Increased responsibility in inventory management
- Team leadership opportunities
- Process improvement projects

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision
- Process subscription box fulfillment
- Maintain strict quality control standards
- Handle specialty packaging requirements
- Ensure proper inventory rotation
- Maintain warehouse organization
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Conduct regular quality checks

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift 20kg regularly
- Basic math skills
- Computer literacy
- Clean driver's license and reliable transport
- Ability to stand for extended periods

**Preferred Experience**:

- Warehouse or retail experience
- Experience in food/beverage industry
- Knowledge of inventory systems (Shopify or Shipstation preferred)
- Background in quality control
- Knowledge of coffee industry
- Experience with subscription box fulfillment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.03 - $30.40 per hour
