This is an opportunity for a
**Buyer** to join this award-winning Women's Fashion E-Commerce business as they continue to grow. Working under an inspirational Founder and Head of Buying, this role is one-of-a-kind in a business. Small enough to get exposure to the entire business, but still big enough that you are dealing with large budgets and ranges.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

In this exciting role, you will work closely with the Head of Buying and CEO to select and source the best products and manage the end-to-end development and timely delivery of ranges. If you have a knack for maximising revenue and profits while keeping an eye on the critical path, this is for you.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**

You will be the lead Buyer reporting directly to the Head of. You will work with the team to set seasonal budgets, category plans, and option counts while being the champion for product across the business and clearly communicating the product strategy to all relevant stakeholders. You will represent the buying team across the business and collaborate with the creative team to communicate product features and benefits.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You are an experienced Junior Buyer or Buyer
- You have prior experience with vertical sourcing.
- In your roles you have liaised with white label suppliers and sourced from China directly.
