As a Health & Wellness Consultant, you won’t just provide care—you’ll craft personalized wellness journeys that enhance the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social wellbeing of our clients. Your empathy and expertise will transform lives, ensuring every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver tailored, compassionate care that honors each client’s unique choices, ensuring their dignity and wellbeing.
- Manage comprehensive care plans, assessments, and reviews, always prioritizing client satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with passionate colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless, top-notch service delivery.
- Resolve challenges with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed to ensure client happiness.
- Be a driving force in Anglicare’s pursuit of excellence by contributing to process improvements that benefit our clients and team.
- Promote Anglicare’s core values of Integrity, Justice, Compassion, and Excellence in everything you do, fostering a supportive and vibrant work culture.

What We’re Looking For:

- A Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Community Services, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in community-based aged care services.
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building meaningful connections.
- Competent with technology, including electronic systems.
