**Due to a recently awarded contract with Port Waratah Coal Services, we are seeking new team members to join our team located at our client’s site in Newcastle NSW (Kooragang Island and Carrington).**

**The Role**
- Cleaning within the heavy industry, located in the Newcastle area
- The role is cleaning facilities as directed, including but not limited to, administration buildings and offices, crib rooms, amenities, bathhouses, etc.
- Various shifts are available Monday to Sunday.
- You will demonstrate commitment to the position, pride in your work, reliability as well be able to follow instructions and complete the tasks issued to meet contract requirements.
- Remuneration is as per the Cleaning Services Award 2020.

**Skills and Experience**
- Cleaning or labouring experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided
- Be able to meet the physical demands of a labour-intensive role
- Current drivers' licence and must have own transport (manual licence is preferred)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of Work, Health & Safety
- Be able to provide 3 work related references

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
