**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring quality and adherence to dietary requirements.

- Complete and maintain food safety/HACCP documentation.

**Essential Criteria**
- A current National Police Certificate.
- A valid Driver’s License.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience working in an aged care environment.
- Ability to speak Italian (advantageous).
- Familiarity with accreditation and continuous improvement practices in aged care.
