**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring quality and adherence to dietary requirements.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas and equipment.
- Complete and maintain food safety/HACCP documentation.
- Follow and comply with all safety protocols and company policies.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to safely operate and maintain industrial kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in a kitchen environment.
- A genuine commitment to treating residents and colleagues with respect and professionalism.

**Essential Criteria**
- A current National Police Certificate.
- A valid Driver’s License.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience working in an aged care environment.
- Ability to speak Italian (advantageous).
- Familiarity with accreditation and continuous improvement practices in aged care.
