**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring quality and attention to dietary requirements
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for seamless operation and support
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas and equipment
- Complete and maintain food safety/HACCP documentation
- Follow and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

**What We’re Looking For**
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to use and maintain industrial kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in a kitchen environment
- Commitment to treating residents and colleagues with respect and professionalism

**Essential Criteria**
- Current National Police Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience in an aged care environment
- Italian-speaking ability
- Familiarity with accreditation and continuous improvement practices in aged care
