Are you highly organised, adaptable, and enjoy providing vital behind-the-scenes support? Allied Health at Home, a leading provider of in-home allied health services, is seeking an enthusiastic **Scheduling** **Coodinator**to help us deliver exceptional care to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the scheduling and rostering of our allied health practitioners to ensure efficient, timely service delivery.
- Coordinate, monitor, and update appointments using client management systems.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Assist with monthly reporting, including collating practitioner travel, hours, and client engagement.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks to enable the smooth and efficient operation of our services.
**About You**:
- Proven experience in an administrative, scheduling, or client service support role (health or community sector experience highly regarded).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with an ability to balance competing priorities.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, both on the phone and in writing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new digital systems.
- Discrete, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to client-focused service.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Medical administration: 1 year (preferred)
