We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor who is experienced in Luxury Custom Homes, Townhouses and Apartments valuing up to 5mil wanting to join a progressive and award winning company.

**Type of Projects you'll be delivering**:

- Beautiful luxury-built homes in North and North/East Melbourne
- Working on the current pipeline of active projects with a multi-unit development
- Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic drawings
- Responsible for working across multiple sites, managing around 15 -20 high quality townhomes

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Program & Sequencing Updating
- Contractor/supplier programming & liaising
- Material take offs if & when required
- Quality control
- Detailing
- Material ordering
- Defect inspections & reports
- Invoice checking & coding if required
- Ensure works comply with client specifications and company procedures
- Assist with onsite documentation, procuring materials and equipment, recording daily activities and tracking costs
- Managing, motivating, supervising and directing site team and sub-contractors

**What you need to be successful for this position**:

- Trade Background or Tertiary Qualification and White Card
- Townhouse & House onsite experience in both structure & finishes
- Ability to think on your feet and make good decisions
- Good verbal and written references to verify the above
- Good attitude, willingness to be a leader in the field and set a hard-working example
- Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic leadership skills
- Committed to safety and quality with a good understanding understanding of OHS regulatory codes
- Proven track record in the delivery of projects on time and within budget
