We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor who is experienced in Luxury Custom Homes, Townhouses and Apartments valuing up to 5mil wanting to join a progressive and award winning company. **Type of Projects you'll be delivering**: - Beautiful luxury-built homes in North and North/East Melbourne - Working on the current pipeline of active projects with a multi-unit development - Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic drawings - Responsible for working across multiple sites, managing around 15 -20 high quality townhomes **Role & Responsibilities**: - Program & Sequencing Updating - Contractor/supplier programming & liaising - Material take offs if & when required - Quality control - Detailing - Material ordering - Defect inspections & reports - Invoice checking & coding if required - Ensure works comply with client specifications and company procedures - Assist with onsite documentation, procuring materials and equipment, recording daily activities and tracking costs - Managing, motivating, supervising and directing site team and sub-contractors **What you need to be successful for this position**: - Trade Background or Tertiary Qualification and White Card - Townhouse & House onsite experience in both structure & finishes - Ability to think on your feet and make good decisions - Good verbal and written references to verify the above - Good attitude, willingness to be a leader in the field and set a hard-working example - Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic leadership skills - Committed to safety and quality with a good understanding understanding of OHS regulatory codes - Proven track record in the delivery of projects on time and within budget **In return you'll receive**: - $120k - $140k + Car + Phone + Laptop + Bonuses - Great support and culture from day dot Our clients take pride in creating an easy-going work environment with regular get togethers with quarterly HQ catchups - and of course BBQ and drinks - A massive pipeline of projects - Progression to evolve to a muti-site or project manager - Great work environment, team orientated and very support based (our supervisors are not on their own) If you feel the above role is something you would love to hear more about or have someone you could recommend, give us a call for a confidential chat.
