**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:The Health Service Partnerships (HSP), established by the Victorian Government in 2021, are designed to enhance collaboration between health services, resulting in better service delivery and outcomes for patients. Mercy Health forms part of two HSP, Mercy Hospital for Women sits within the North East Metro HSP, while Werribee Mercy Hospital forms part of the West Metro HSP. As the Director of Health Service Partnerships you will coordinate and manage Mercy Health Services response to Health Service Partnerships initiatives across the two hospitals.
- Full time permanent position available
- Located across Werribee Mercy Hospital and Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg
- The Director HSP is responsible for coordinating and supporting Project Leads in the development, implementation and success of agreed initiatives and activities for Mercy Health.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, key responsibilities will include project establishment and planning, delivery management and monitoring to ensure delivery against project objectives and to satisfy stakeholder expectations.

**ABOUT YOU**:We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated individual with proven experience in working within a multi stakeholder environment including capacity to engage and influence at all levels.

The successful applicant will:

- Hold a tertiary degree and or professional qualification in Management, Project Management, Health Management or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully delivery projects from initiation to closure
- Demonstrated experience in project management within the health sector
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills, particularly in reporting and public presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to successful manage a diverse range of people or teams.

- Mercy Hospital for Women, a major public hospital and specialist referral centre for obstetric, neonatal and gynaecological needs.
- Werribee Mercy Hospital, a general hospital providing comprehensive care to the rapidly growing western suburbs of Melbourne. This hospital is currently undergoing significant expansion with a number of exciting capital projects already underway and in planning.
- Mercy Mental Health provides adult mental health services across the south west Melbourne area
