The Environmental Services Operational and Workforce Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing the domestic services workforce at Wyong Hospital.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday (no weekends), with training provided. You’ll be joining a supportive and dedicated team that takes pride in delivering high-quality service and is committed to the success of Wyong Hospital

**About You**
- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience supervising a large clinical support team in a health-care environment.
- Proven experience in workforce supervision, ideally within healthcare, hospitality, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience of current industry standards, compliance and risks relating to Environmental Services.
- Ability to implement performance management processes in a fair and supportive way
- A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated experience to instruct PSA & Cleaners on environmental operational tasks and demands.
- Current Unrestricted NSW Driver's licence.
