**About the Role**:
Under general direction this position provides administrative support to Outpatient Departments within the Division of Medicine by assisting with the management of referrals and the booking and scheduling of appointments, billing of services rendered and patient record management whilst providing a high level of customer service as well as other general administrative duties.

This position will report to the Office Manager of the Respective Department.

This will include full-time positions as well as some part-time positions.

- Current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
